The file "Matzke_Wright_SuppData.zip" (1.7 GB) contains all analyses/inputs/outputs/scripts for Matzke and Wright (2016), Biology Letters. However, the file would not upload to Dryad, even when divided up into smaller files less than 1 GB. Therefore, for now, the file is available here:
