We image pan-neuronal calcium or voltage sensors fluorescence at high speed with light field microscopy. We then apply computational methods to extract functional maps, and find that their characteristic shape match the anatomy of sub-neuropile regions and sometimes small population of neurons. Associated time series are also consistent with the literature.
