AB In this paper, we introduce mathematical aspect of recruitment and derecruitment mechanism of blood vessels acting in such a way as to preserve physiological values of the capillary pressure and perspective of pressure drop effect which has been pointed out by a series of studies documenting a paradoxical vasoconstriction during ischaemia.
