AB We demonstrate the capabilities of μMagellan: a flexible, open source microscopy software for reproducible high throughput imaging of biological samples across heterogeneous scales of space and time. μMagellan provides a simple user interface for exploration and automated imaging of non-cuboidal regions. By utilizing the hardware abstraction layer of μMagellan, μMagellan provides a powerful and extensible platform for imaging heterogeneous biological samples on a wide range of existing microscopes.
